Return Window

You may initiate a return request within 14 days from the date your order was delivered, based on the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

  • The item must not fall under the non-returnable product categories listed below.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or in error:

  • Perishable items such as food or treats

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Health and personal care items, including grooming tools or supplements

  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@dogicat.shop with the following:

    • Your full name and order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • The reason for your return

    • Any applicable photos (for defective or damaged products)

  2. Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return authorization and instructions. Please wait for this confirmation before shipping your item back.

  3. Return the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping method and include the original packing slip.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is the result of a Dogicat.Shop error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other return reasons, including ordering the wrong size or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Processing and Outcome

  • Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility.

  • You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your return within 2 to 3 business days of receipt.

  • If approved, you may choose to receive a refund (see our Refund Policy), store credit, or an exchange, depending on availability and your preference.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different size, color, or product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order separately.

Important Considerations

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

  • Dogicat.Shop is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping.

  • We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
